Anyway, 4days of continuous trng has ended!
( went home with Sam yesterday:) )
Physically exhausted(though always late). C&C!
I have to always remember C&C. Calm&Concentrate.
It just helps when you think you're failing, somehow?
I've got to stop hanging my leg.... zzZZZ...
I've to train harder when im back. JY bao!
hope I won't gain so much weight :)
(And, im missing the 10k run! WHOOOO!)

And preparations for NZ stuff are coming to an end.
